Influence of Nintedanib and Regorafenib on the Akt/mTOR-signaling pathway in CRC cells. HT-29 and LoVo cells were exposed to the IC50 dose of Nintedanib and Regorafenib for the indicated times, and the protein levels of proteins involved in the Akt/mTOR signaling pathway were determined by Western blot analysis. The protein levels of β-actin are shown as the loading control. The numbers reflect the expression of the indicated protein in drug-exposed cells compared to the corresponding untreated control.
