Odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) for lung cancer risk by inflammatory index. For all the indexes, the risk is calculated above the cut-off point (high category). All the estimation are medians based on 1,000 bootstrap replicates.

1–3The estimates reflected are subtracted from the logistic regression model including age, smoking status, sex, and all indexes as independent variables. The reference is a man between 50 and 54 years old and current smoker.

4The estimates reflected are subtracted from the logistic regression model including age, smoking status, sex, and one of the indexes as independent variables.
