Fitting coefficients of the resistance curves

Fitting parameters of the OD600 values of two different mutant types, P106L and G101A, and the wild-type rice EPSPS. The equation used to fit the data is a general dose response curve: y = f(x) = C + (DC)/(1 + (x/LD50)b), where C is the lower base line, D is the upper limit, LD50 is the 50% lethal dose, and b is the slope of the curve at LD50. Standard deviation for each parameter is also listed in the table.
