Events refers to successful treatment outcome. Total refers to treatment success and unfavourable outcome (which included treatment failure or death), and proportion were calculated accordingly. Logit transformation was used. Cohorts with <5 participants were included in the previously published paediatric individual patient data meta-analysis from 2014 and were thus included here.
