Kinetic analysis of urine and feces after infection with UPEC. C57BL/6 mice were infected with UTI89 (M1 to M5) or UTI89 SR (M6 to M15), and bacterial titers in urine (▪) and feces (□) samples were determined every other day for 6 weeks (42 days).
