Schematic representation of the integrated multiomics method for characterization of small extracellular vesicles (sEVs). Following nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), biphasic Matyash extraction enables sequential recovery of lipids, metabolites, and proteins from the same sEV sample. sEVs isolated from plasma by size exclusion chromatography with ultrafiltration (SECUF), polymer precipitation (PPT), and ultracentrifugation (UC) were analyzed to compare purification-dependent differences.
