Elevated p130 protein levels are indicative of Forkhead-induced cell cycle exit. (A) Total cellular lysates from NIH 3T3 cells that were either left uninfected (−) or infected either with a control virus (Con) or with an FKHR-L1.A3-expressing retrovirus (L1.A3) were analyzed for the presence of E2F/DP-1/pocket protein complexes.
