The SL2 cell lines indicated in the first column were depleted of endogenous p15 or NXF1 by dsRNA interference. At least 100 cells expressing the recombinant proteins were analyzed, and the percentage of cells showing nuclear accumulation of poly(A)+ RNA was determined. Values were obtained in two independent experiments.
