(B) Purified TRAP/SMCC/Mediator (10% input, lane 1) was incubated with glutathione-Sepharose beads containing GST (lane 2), GST-HNF-4ΔC1 (lane 3), or GST-HNF-4ΔC2 (lane 4). After being washed to remove unbound material, the resins were eluted with Sarkosyl and analyzed by immunoblotting following SDS-PAGE.
