Panel b presents polarization speeds for IFN_TNF_Macrophage and IL4_Macrophage, both peaking at four to twelve hours and then declining. Panel c displays IFN_LPS_Macrophage and IL4_Macrophage, with both groups showing a sharp initial peak and subsequent drop, IL4_Macrophage peaking notably higher.
