Parameters include electron transport rate (ETR), quantum yield of photosystem II (ΦPSII), photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD), and daily light integral (DLI).
ETR and ΦPSII were directly measured for the sensor-based treatments (BFB-ETR 100 and BFB- ΦPSII 0.68) using fluorometers, whereas values for the other treatments were predicted using the machine-learning model. Values are means ± standard deviations. DLI values were calculated from daily means (n = 13), whereas all other parameters were derived from 15-min interval measurements (n = 676), representing temporal variability within each treatment.
