Shown are the results of a colony formation assay of tsBN67 cells after transfection of 50 fmol (160 ng) of empty pBABEpuroXBC (plates A and B), 50 fmol (235 ng) of pBABEpuroXBCHCF-1N (plates C and D), or 200 fmol (950 ng) of pBABEpuroSV40e (plates E and F) and growth at either 33.5°C (plates A, C, and E) or 40°C (plates B, D, and F). Plates were fixed and stained with crystal violet.
