Area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) are shown for each model: CSF NfL, plasma hs-cTnT, and a combined model incorporating both biomarkers. Performance metrics are derived from logistic regression analyses in the study cohort (N = 177). All models were adjusted for age at onset, sex, site of onset, and disease phase
