(A) RSL3 dose response of H460 cells co-treated with BSA or 100 μM indicated fatty acids.

(B) Lethal fraction over time of H460 cells co-treated with 500 nM RSL3 and BSA or 100 μM indicated fatty acids.

(C) RSL3 dose response of H460 cells pre-treated with BSA or 100 μM indicated fatty acids for 24 hours prior to RSL3 addition.

(D) Lethal fraction over time of H460 cells pre-treated with BSA or 100 μM indicated fatty acids for 24 hours then treated with 500 nM RSL3.

(E) Cell death rescue dose responses with RSL3 following 24 hour BSA or 100 μM fatty acid pre-treatment. Z-VAD-FMK, 20 μM; Necrostatin-1 (Nec-1), 1 μM; Ferrostatin-1 (Fer-1), 10 μM; idebenone, 10 μM; deferoxamine (DFO), 100 μM.

(H) RSL3 dose response of H460 cells pre-treated with BSA or indicated (9,12)-18:2 PUFA for 24 hours.
