Granulocyte depletion ablates the effect of FR-WBH on colon tumor cell lines grown in mice. BALB/c mice were injected s.c. with 10⁶ CT26 cells (A) or SCID mice were injected s.c. with 10⁶ HT29 cells (B) one day after granulocyte depletion was initiated (anti-Gr-1). FR-WBH commenced on day 1, and was repeated every 7 days (arrows).
