Experimental data are given as mean values of two parallel incubations on (i) [1-13C]glucose and (ii) a 1:1 mixture of naturally labeled and [13C6]glucose with corresponding deviations between the two incubations. All yields are given in millimoles of product moles of glucose−1 except the yield for biomass, which is given in milligrams of dry biomass millimoles of glucose−1.
