Gene tree for ompA nucleotide sequences from 18 different human-specific strains of C. trachomatis. The tree was based on uncorrected p-distances and was generated using the neighbor-joining method with the MoPn strain ompA sequence as the root. Branch lengths are proportional to the number of substitutions per nucleotide site. The numbers at the nodes are percent bootstrap values for 1,000 replications.
