Bioluminescence of systemically delivered R2636 in mice growing bilateral dnMEK- and caMEK-expressing tumor xenografts. HT-dnMEK and HT-caMEK tumors were established in the left and right hindlimbs of athymic nude mice. Once tumors reached an average volume of 350 mm3, animals were given a single intraperitoneal injection of 9 × 108 PFU of R2636 virus. Bioluminescence imaging was performed 5 days after intraperitoneal injection.
