Enzymatic analysis of the proteasome complex. To analyze the kinetics of the protease activities of the proteasome complex, the activities of the proteasome complex from the livers of both transgenic mice and wild-type controls (WT) were tested at various doses of peptidase substrates. Data shown are representative of those from the livers of mice at the age of week 1. Three peptidase substrates (LLVY, LRR, and LLE) were analyzed, and only LLVY was shown.
