Cellular localization of Ypt11p in mutant myo2 cells. A high-copy-number plasmid for production of Ypt11p tagged with GFP at its N terminus (GFP-Ypt11p) under the control of the YPT11 promoter (pK022) was introduced into the indicated cells (wild-type, strain YPH499; myo2-338, strain yTO014; myo2-573, strain yTO015).
