Effect of overexpression of IA-2β and IA-2 on insulin secretion. (A) Effects of exogenously overexpressed IA-2, IA-2β, or control vector in MIN6 cells on glucose-stimulated insulin secretion. These cells prepared as described in Materials and Methods were stimulated by glucose indicating concentrations (3.3, 5.5, 8.3, 11.1, or 22.2 mmol/liter) for 60 min.
