Expression of the ANGII receptor type 1a and 2 were significantly decreased with administration of ACE-I (P<0.05 for SBS vs. SBS + ACE-I). Data are from semi-quantitative RT-PCR based on the relative expression of the target gene to beta actin expression (mean ±SD, N=6).
