Resolution of real-time fluorogenic RT-PCR for the quantification of bacteriophage MS2 genomic RNA. MS2 RNA was serially diluted twofold from 400 pg/assay to 1.5635 pg/assay. Each set of curves (nine samples and one negative control) is comprised of four superimposed curves. The CT values for this experiment are given in Table 4.
