Estimates from multilevel linear regression models with time (pre vs. post), municipality, professional group, and interactions between time and municipality, and time and professional group, as fixed effects. Random intercepts for school and individual. Robust standard errors clustered at school level. Municipality-specific changes computed as marginal effects (margins kom, dydx(time1)). Reference category: Municipality 1. Where the joint time × municipality interaction was not statistically significant, individual municipality-specific estimates should be interpreted descriptively. For feasibility, the significant time × municipality interaction (χ²(2) = 9.56, p = 0.008) indicates that pre-post changes differed formally across municipalities. Professional-group-specific changes are reported in Supplementary Table S3. Bold values indicate statistical significance at p < 0.05
