Functional domain mapping of Pex5pL^a

^aVarious constructs of PEX5L shown as in Fig. 1A were transiently expressed in pex5 mutants ZP105 and ZPG231. ZP105 cells were stained using antibodies to thiolase (PTS2 protein) and PTS1. ZPG231 cells were assessed for import of PTS2-GFP by GFP fluorescence microscopy.
