(A) Wild-type CHO and mutant cells were incubated for 24 h with 2.5 mM H₂O₂ and cell death was quantified by propidium iodide staining and flow cytometry. (B) Wild-type CHO cells were incubated with 500 μM palmitate, followed by detection of eEF1A-1 protein levels in whole cell lysates by immunoblotting. (C) Wild-type CHO cells were incubated with 2.5 mM H₂O₂, followed by detection of eEF1A-1 protein levels in whole cell lysates by immunoblotting.
