Western blotting was performed to assess the total c-Met level and an immune complex kinase assay was performed to evaluate c-Met kinase activity. The total c-Met level (upper panel) was reduced 15% by the ad-c-Met ribozyme, whereas c-Met kinase activity (lower panel) was reduced 80%.
