NG12 | 12 | - | 6.6 (4.7) | 150 | 70±6 (30±1) |
Folate(1%)NG | 12 | 1 | 6.7 (4.8) | 150 | 65±4 (26±2) |
Folate(5%)NG | 12 | 5 | 7.0 (5.0) | 130 | 58±5 (28±3) |
The total nitrogen content values (%) obtained by elemental analysis and converted into μmol/mg of Nanogel using coefficient 14 μg/μmol of nitrogen.
The FATP loading was calculated based on titration data for 1% Nanogel (free amine form) and 1% FATP solutions (free acid form) up to pH7.
The hydrodynamic diameter was measured for 0.1% Nanogel or Nanogel/FATP solutions in PBS. The results are average values of three measurements ± SEM.
