Suppression of WW-inhibitory effects by HIV p6. (A) The p6 sequence and its heterologous L domain were attached to the C termini of the N-terminal and internal Gag.WW chimeras to create the illustrated chimeras. (B) COS-1 cells were transfected with the indicated DNAs, and 48 h later the cells were labeled with [35S]methionine for 2.5 h.
