VHSV G is incorporated into IHNV virions. (A) Sucrose gradient-purified virus proteins were separated on an SDS-10% polyacrylamide gel and visualized following Coomassie blue staining. (B) The gel was electrotransferred onto a polyvinylidene difluoride membrane and incubated with a mixture of MAbs against VHSV G and IHNV P.
