Induction of vGCR protein by TPA in PEL cell lines as detected by IFA. Cell cultures were incubated in the presence of TPA for 48 h and fixed on lysine-coated glass slides by the formaldehyde-Triton X-100 procedure. Induced vGCR or vIL6 cytoplasmic and membrane proteins were detected with FITC-labeled anti-vGCR-N or anti-vIL6 rabbit PAb.
