Antibodies specific for p83 were isolated via antigen affinity chromatography from serum of a semi-immune blood donor from Nouna, Burkina Faso. (A) Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (12% polyacrylamide) followed by Western blot analysis of serum (top) and of purified anti-p83 antibodies (bottom).
