IL-12 deficiency suppresses hemorrhage and increases pathogen burden but does not significantly impact fibrin deposition during acute T. gondii infection (Toxo). WT, IL-12 p35-deficient, and IL-12 p40-deficient mice were sham infected (open bars) or infected perorally with 10 ME49 T. gondii cysts (closed bars).
