Airway inflammation following intranasal SEB challenge. Age-matched BALB/c or HLA-DR3 transgenic mice were challenged intranasally with PBS or SEB (50 ng for BALB/c and 20 ng for HLA-DR3 transgenic mice) on days 0, 3, and 6.
