In addition to soft music and relaxing videos, the Snoezelen room also included fiber optics/LED light strips, which provided ambient lighting and constantly touched the participants, as part of the Snoezelen room’s design features. These multisensory stimuli were not present in the Exercise Room Group. |

Exercise: Hip thrust Objective: To work on glute strength and improve core stability
|
In the Snoezelen room, in addition to calm music and relaxing videos, exercises were performed on a warm water bed. The warm water provided tactile and thermal input as part of the Snoezelen environment, and a column placed below the bed vibrated the water, which were characteristic of the Snoezelen room’s equipment. These elements, which were characteristic of the Snoezelen room, were not present in the Exercise Room Group. |

Exercise: Hip abduction with elastic band Objective: To work the hip abductors
|
In the Snoezelen room, in addition to calm music and relaxing video projections, participants performed exercises while leaning against a column of moving water. This equipment produced gentle vibrations and relaxing visual stimuli, which were part of the Snoezelen room’s multisensory equipment. This type of sensory stimulation was unique to the Snoezelen room. |
