A224L increases NF-κB-driven transcription. Jurkat T lymphocytes were transfected with the control vector pcDNA3 or graded doses of pCMV-A224L plasmid, together with the luciferase NF-κB reporter construct. After 14 h, luciferase activity was measured in cell extracts.
