Effects of IEP72 and IEP86 on apoptosis in ts13 cells at the nonpermissive temperature. The experiment was done exactly as that shown in Fig. 4 except the ts13 cells were cotransfected with pDsRed1-C1 and plasmids expressing IEP72 or IEP86 individually or appropriate vector control plasmids. Below the panel, the levels of IEP72 and IEP86 produced in each transfection were determined by Western analysis probed with rabbit anti-MIEP (see Materials and Methods).
