Change in EDSS during the survey period (effectiveness analysis set)
| Time point | Change | n (%) |
|---|---|---|
| 6 months | Decreased | 26 (16.8) |
| Unchanged | 121 (78.1) | |
| Increased | 8 (5.2) | |
| Totala | 155 (100.0) | |
| Worseningb | 5 (3.2) | |
| 1 year | Decreased | 30 (21.1) |
| Unchanged | 103 (72.5) | |
| Increased | 9 (6.3) | |
| Totala | 142 (100.0) | |
| Worseningb | 7 (4.9) |
aTotal refers to the sum of patients classified as having decreased, unchanged, or increased EDSS scores. The analysis included only those patients with EDSS data available both before the initiation of inebilizumab and at least once after treatment began. “Decreased” was defined as any reduction in EDSS score compared with baseline; “unchanged” as no change from baseline; and “increased” as any higher EDSS score after treatment initiation
bWorsening was defined according to established EDSS thresholds: for patients with a baseline EDSS of 0, worsening was defined as an increase of ≥2 points; for baseline scores of 1.0–5.0, as an increase of ≥1 point; and for baseline scores ≥5.5, as an increase of ≥0.5 points
