The total 2-chloroprocaine (2-CP) dose administered in the epidural space during the trial is presented for each subject separately as mg/Kg of body weight. Non-invasive blood pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), haemoglobin oxygen saturation (SpO₂), end-tidal CO₂ (EtCO₂), and tympanic membrane temperature (Core Temp) were averaged for each volunteer separately across the different sampling points during the trial and across the 11 volunteers. In volunteer No 8 we were unable to obtain valid measurements of the tympanic membrane temperature.
