The total 2-chloroprocaine (2-CP) dose administered in the epidural space during the trial is presented for each subject separately as mg/Kg of body weight. Non-invasive blood pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), haemoglobin oxygen saturation (SpO2), end-tidal CO2 (EtCO2), and tympanic membrane temperature (Core Temp) were averaged for each volunteer separately across the different sampling points during the trial and across the 11 volunteers. In volunteer No 8 we were unable to obtain valid measurements of the tympanic membrane temperature.
