EM analysis of RRV-anti-VP7 MAb complexes. Purified RRV virions were incubated with PBS-2 mM Ca2+ (A) or PBS-10 mM EDTA (B and C) for 10 min at room temperature. Purified RRV virions (33 μg/ml) reacted with the anti-VP7 MAb 159 (500 μg/ml) were incubated with PBS-2 mM Ca2+ (D) or PBS-10 mM EDTA (E) for 10 min at room temperature.
