Data are presented as mean ± SEM, for Sham, Sham-Nitrite; RUPP, and RUPP-Nitrite groups (n = 10 animals per group). Statistical analysis was performed using two-way ANOVA, considering surgery (Sham vs. RUPP) and treatment (vehicle vs. Sodium nitrite) as factors. A value of p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Bold values are significant p-values. ACh—acetylcholine; ADMA—asymmetric dimethylarginine; NO—nitric oxide; NOx—nitric oxide metabolites; Phe—phenylephrine; RUPP—reduced uterine perfusion pressure; SNP—sodium nitroprusside.
