Cells were reacted with PE-conjugated anti-HLA-DR antibodies and subjected to FACS analyses as described in Materials and Methods. ND, not determined. In experiment 1, replicate 25-cm2 cultures were harvested, combined, and analyzed at 12 and 16 h after infection. In experiment 2, triplicate 25-cm2 flasks were harvested at 13 h after infection and standard deviation values are included.
