All P values were calculated using two-sided Fisher’s exact test. q values were calculated by the Benjamini–Hochberg false discovery rate procedure across the eight comparisons in this exploratory family; no association retained significance after correction (all q > 0.05). Holm-adjusted P for qacEΔ1-sul1 was 0.088. OR, odds ratio; CI, confidence interval; BH-FDR, Benjamini–Hochberg false discovery rate. “oprD amplification failure” denotes failure to amplify the expected PCR target and does not imply gene deletion or loss of protein expression.
