Proliferation of ARPE-19 cells in (A) normal glucose (5.5 mM) and (B) high glucose (30 mM) conditions, following treatment with bevacizumab (0.3 mg/mL), triamcinolone (1 mg/mL), and their combination (0.3 mg/mL B + 1 mg/mL T) at 24 and 48 hours. Cell density was measured using an MTT assay. Data are shown as mean ± SEM of three independent biological replicates.
