Relative CCR2 and CXCR3 mRNA expression in ARPE-19 cells in (A & B) normal glucose (5.5 mM) and (C & D) high glucose (30 mM) conditions, following treatment with bevacizumab (0.3 mg/mL), triamcinolone (1 mg/mL), and their combination (0.3 mg/mL + 1 mg/mL) for 48 hours.
