Sensitization of NT2.N/bcl-2 neurons to HIV-infected MDM supernatants by the Bcl-2 antagonist, HA14-1. Select NT2.N/bcl-2 cultures were preincubated with HA14-1 (30 μM) for 4 h prior to exposure to HIV-infected MDM supernatants as described in the legend to Fig. 3 and maintained for another 48 h prior to TUNEL assay.
