PCR analysis of CaMV DNA replication in transfected protoplasts. Turnip protoplasts were transfected with 20 μg of p35S-P6 and 30 μg of pBluescript plus 50 μg of pCa122 (wild type [Wt]; lane 1), pCafs3 (f3; lanes 2 and 3), or pCafs5 (f5; lanes 4 and 5).
