Forest plot graphic comparing hazard ratios with 95% confidence intervals for five clinical variables in two panels: (A) TCGA internal test cohort of 360 patients and (B) external validation cohort of 108 patients. Risk score is significantly associated with hazard in both panels (P<0.001 and P=0.048). AJCC stage III/IV is also significant (P=0.024 and P=0.031).
