Example of the system studied using our BD algorithm. The molecule is made of a series of beads (the monomers), linked with a FENE potential and interacting with a truncated Lennard-Jones potential. Each bead interacts with the grafting impenetrable wall (here in light blue) via the truncated Lennard-Jones. Here the system is a small regular brush made of a central molecule, surrounded by six others, regularly placed around the central one at a distance R = 7σ.
