NS5-specific CD4+ T-helper cells are restricted by HLA DRB1*11 in subject 1. Peptide-pulsed autologous and partially HLA-matched B cells were incubated with the NS5 peptide-specific clone from subject 1 for 6 h and stained for CD3, CD4, and IFN-γ and analyzed by flow cytometry.
